Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a 6-month interim HR Transformation specialist to lead on a number of critical people systems and operational change initiatives. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in HR transformation, HRIS implementation, data migration, reporting, payroll outsourcing, and organisational restructuring. They will have a proven track record of delivering complex HR technology and process transformation programmes, with the ability to drive change across global and multi-site environments.

Key areas of responsibility include: โ€ข Leading HR data transformation, migration, governance, and reporting initiatives. โ€ข Delivering end-to-end global HRIS implementations and system optimisation programmes. โ€ข Supporting payroll transformation, including payroll outsourcing and vendor transition projects. โ€ข Driving process automation and operational efficiency across HR functions. โ€ข Supporting organisational restructuring activities, ensuring effective people, process, and systems alignment. โ€ข Establishing robust reporting frameworks and data-driven decision-making capabilities. โ€ข Manage internal communications, following several re-structures. Candidates should demonstrate experience managing large-scale HR systems implementations, complex data migrations, and transformation programmes, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
