Qualificati onsGraduate/Postgraduate in Insurance, Risk Management, or Finan ce.8–12 years of experience in general insurance claims, with at least 5 years in project-related clai ms.Strong knowledge of catastrophe claims (flood, fire, rain damag e).Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and reinsurance process es. Skills Requ iredAnalytical and negotiation ski lls.Excellent communication and client-handling abil ity.Proficiency in claims management systems and MS Off ice.Ability to work under pressure during disaster-related claim sur ges.
