Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 4+ Years (Post Qualification) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) β Mandatory Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Virtual CFO (VCFO) Services team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in financial management, MIS, budgeting, compliance, and strategic finance, while partnering with clients to drive business growth and financial excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Virtual CFO engagements for multiple clients across various industries.
Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements, management reports, and business performance dashboards. Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections, along with variance analysis. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to business owners and management teams.
Review accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures. Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of client businesses. Design and implement financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements. Support fundraising, due diligence, financial modelling, and investor reporting assignments.
Mentor and review the work of junior team members. Build strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of assignments. Required Skills & Competencies Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience .
Experience in Virtual CFO, Business Advisory, Consulting, or Finance & Accounts . Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and statutory compliances. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and business planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
