We're growing fast and looking for a seasoned sales professional who is ready to stop leaving money on the table and start earning what they're actually worth. This is a 100% commission role, structured for experienced closers who understand that means uncapped income potential, not risk.
Our average ticket is over $2,000, drainage projects regularly run $5,000–$20,000+, and our lead volume is strong. You bring the closing ability; we'll bring the opportunity. What You'll Do • Run residential and commercial sales consultations (in-home and on-site) • Identify irrigation, drainage, and water management needs and present solutions • Prepare and present Good-Better-Best proposals with financing options • Own the full sales cycle from first appointment to signed agreement • Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business • Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure seamless delivery • Use ServiceTitan to manage your pipeline, track activity, and close deals What We're Looking For • 3+ years of in-home or field sales experience, you've sat across the table and closed • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets • Comfortable presenting premium solutions at premium prices • Strong communication skills — you listen first, pitch second • Self-motivated and accountable; you treat your territory like a business • Experience in home services, irrigation, landscaping, or construction is a plus, not required • Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits This role is designed for professionals who perform at the top of their field and want their pay to reflect it. • 100% commission — no cap, no ceiling • Competitive commission structure with tiered upside on larger ticket jobs • Average annual earnings for top performers: $100,000–$150,000+ • Company-provided leads and appointment support • Company Vehicle, Gas Card, iPad and Phone • Sales tools, CRM access, and marketing materials provided • Ongoing product training and support from experienced leadership Why Andy's • Established brand with 30+ years in the market and thousands of loyal customers • Strong referral base and consistent inbound lead flow • Backed by Fairway Companies — a growing national platform of home services brands • Collaborative culture with leadership that supports your success • Real opportunity for growth as we expand across markets Requirements:
