Business Analyst - Reconciliation

Overview Iris Software Inc. is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a long-term opportunity with one of your banking clients in Toronto, ON for a hybrid role. Job details Job Title: BA with Reconciliation experience Job Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 18–24+ Months (Open-ended SOW) Responsibilities Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for onboarding DUCO within the bank’s reconciliation processes. Map current-state reconciliation workflows, data sources, and pain points to establish baseline understanding.

Assess and define the future-state operating model leveraging DUCO capabilities to drive efficiency and controls. Develop a detailed gap analysis and implementation roadmap, aligning with business and technology stakeholders. Support configuration, testing, migration, and UAT to ensure reconciliations meet business objectives.

Qualifications Required Skills: Strong Business Analysis expertise with reconciliation/financial controls experience; DUCO knowledge is a strong asset.
