Overview 360 Talent is partnering with a premium luxury brand to appoint a driven, entrepreneurial Concessions Manager to lead and elevate its presence within a high-profile department store environment. This is a unique chance for a commercially minded leader who thrives on ownership – combining sales excellence, clienteling, and brand storytelling to deliver both performance and an exceptional client experience. You will take full ownership of the concession, acting as a true brand ambassador while building a loyal client base and driving measurable growth.
What You’ll Be Driving Own and exceed all KPIs: revenue, UPT, ATV, and conversion. Leverage sales insights to identify opportunities and drive performance. Create cutting‑edge strategies to increase footfall, engagement, and repeat business.
Client Experience & Clienteling Deliver a refined, high‑touch luxury experience at every interaction. Build, nurture, and activate a strong client book. Host VIP appointments and in‑store events to deepen loyalty and brand connection.
Operations & Concession Management Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, stock management, and reporting. Partner with department store teams to optimize concession performance and visibility. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Who You Are 3–5+ years’ experience in luxury or premium retail (concession experience highly preferred). A proven performer with a solid track record in sales and clienteling. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and thrives in an ownership‑driven setting.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually depending on experience. Annual Bonus & Monthly Sales Bonus. 401(k) and additional company benefits. Opportunities to progress and further develop in a very established and successful brand.
