Construction Project Superintendent

Job Description Job Description Leads, directs, and coordinates subcontractor's and or trade/labor. Responsible for ensuring safety, jobsite cleanliness, schedule and delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to the budge of the project. Medical construction background is needed.

Duties and Responsibilities - Overseeing and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels - Overseeing work among trades to maintain job schedule. - Working direct with Project Manager and customer to insure timely project completion. -Managing the construction to ensure quality control.
