Job Description
Elevate military personnel management with a Level 3 Business System Analyst role. This hybrid position focuses on process mapping and data integration to support MPMS modernization initiatives. As a senior Level 3 Business System Analyst for the Director General Human Capital Management Modernization - Military, you will work closely with stakeholders to document both 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.
Your task includes defining integration requirements and producing critical artifacts for modernization planning. This is a hybrid role, requiring some attendance at a Canadian Forces Base for registrations and security clearances. Key Responsibilities: β’ Map MPMS business capability workflows and dependencies β’ Document current processes and evaluate legacy systems β’ Define MPMS data entities and integration needs β’ Develop data dictionaries for interoperability β’ Support requirements elicitation and traceability Requirements: β’ Proven experience as a Level 3 Business System Analyst β’ Proficiency in business process and data modeling β’ Background in SQL, Java, or C/C++ integration β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms and ERP systems β’ Eligibility for Enhanced Reliability security clearance Contribute crucial data insights and process definitions to enhance military personnel management systems effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
