Job Function: Planning and Analysis Status: Full Time Schedule: Temporary Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst (BA) to manage the roadmap for our Salesforce instance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and managing development sprints in accordance with a strategic roadmap.

Description Own and support the development roadmap for the Salesforce instance. Organize and manage development sprints to deliver key features to advance the business. Report on development progress and sprint outcomes to our business stakeholders.

Support requirements definition for more complex initiatives. Solve complex challenges with business owners, developing and executing creative solutions. Explore customers and business partners to better understand their needs.

Define tangible product roadmap; actively own the product backlog and prioritize based on feedback and value. Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories. Drive customer value and help reduce customer and sales rep effort.

Regularly refine and adjust backlogs to reflect accurate scope, effort, and priority. Balance expectations and remove business and roadmap impediments. Assist with QA and functional testing of requirements.

Aid in preparation and delivery of platform demonstrations and handle technical questions. Qualifications Must have experience with Salesforce. Compensation Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000.
