Job Description
Enhance client services and administration effectiveness as a Branch Services Manager in the National Capital Region. This role emphasizes high-quality support for executive management. As a Branch Services Manager, you will report to the Vice-President of Corporate Services Management.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing administrative services, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and managing schedules for high-level briefings. Conducting research and analysis will be key to supporting management decisions, as well as liaising with finance and procurement departments to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: β’ Oversee branch administrative services in line with corporate policies β’ Manage the Vice-Presidentβs schedule and documentation β’ Conduct detailed research to support management decisions β’ Collaborate with Access to Information and finance teams β’ Assist in the development and management of budgets Requirements: β’ Completion of a Secondary School diploma or relevant experience β’ Five to eight years in office administration or related fields β’ Strong understanding of administrative and financial policies β’ Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines β’ Bilingual CBC and capable of obtaining Secret security clearance Join our team and elevate branch functionality through exceptional administrative leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
