About the role: RHEI is seeking an experienced Senior HubSpot Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in owning, architecting, and scaling our HubSpot ecosystem. Moving beyond standard administration, this position requires deep technical expertise to manage complex automations, platform architecture, and custom API integrations.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with handsâon development capabilities, adept at designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions that power our sales, marketing, and service operations. You will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of our HubSpot platform, from strategic roadmap development to data governance and integration with other businessâcritical systems. RHEI has a remote work model, which offers the best workâlife balance. Main Responsibilities: 1. HubSpot Strategy & Architecture: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the HubSpot platform (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs), ensuring alignment with executiveâlevel business goals.
Design, build, and maintain a scalable HubSpot architecture, including custom objects, data modelling, and governance policies to ensure data integrity. Act as the primary technical expert and subject matter authority for all HubSpotârelated initiatives, enhancements, and escalations. 2. Technical Development & API Integration: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of custom API integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (e.g., internal platforms, finance systems).
Manage and troubleshoot existing integrations, demonstrating an ability to "look under the hood" to solve complex technical problems. Develop and deploy customâcoded workflows, serverless functions, and other advanced solutions to meet business requirements that are not achievable with noâcode tools. Scope and implement new thirdâparty tools and applications within the HubSpot ecosystem. 3.
Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the endâtoâend administration of the HubSpot platform, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user adoption. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to define, refine, and automate complex business processes. Develop and maintain advanced automation, workflows, sequences, and templates to improve team efficiency.
Oversee lead management processes, including optimizing lead scoring, routing, and tracking. 4. Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain executiveâlevel dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline progress, and platform ROI. Analyze platform data to provide deep, actionable insights to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for growth. 5.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and strategies. Mentor and support team members on HubSpot best practices, new features, and technical processes. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for nonâtechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-7+ years of handsâon experience in marketing/sales operations or CRM administration (upgraded from 2-4 years). Expertâlevel proficiency in HubSpot (all hubs), including complex workflows, custom reporting, and security/data management. Proven experience developing and integrating APIs with HubSpot and other thirdâparty systems.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modelling, and development principles. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support both technical and nonâtechnical users. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fastâpaced environment. Familiarity with other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
