Position: Senior Growth Manager โ Social Media & Growth Marketing Location: Remote / Hybrid About the Role For our eLearning client, this can be a remote role ( Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore) . Candidates with a proven track record of growing YouTube channels, social media platforms, or eLearning brands will be preferred. We are looking for someone who understands brand building, growth strategy, and execution, with hands-on experience in content planning, audience growth, and scaling platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
We have another role for a D2C jewellery & home decor brand and only telegu speaking would be preffered and this would be 100% Work from Office ( Hitech City) with prior expereince in Brand & Growth , Social Media for D2C . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media growth strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Drive follower growth, engagement, and community building across all social media platforms.
Create and optimize content strategies that increase organic reach and virality. Plan, manage, and execute reels, shorts, videos, carousels, and social media campaigns. Identify social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities to maximize visibility.
Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content. Build LinkedIn and YouTube growth engines with a strong focus on audience acquisition and thought leadership. Generate qualified inbound leads through social media initiatives and content marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and growth KPIs. Leverage analytics tools to optimize content performance and audience targeting. Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and creator-led campaigns where relevant.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark growth opportunities. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging growth trends. Requirements 3โ8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Proven track record of scaling social media accounts and increasing engagement organically. Strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok algorithms. Experience creating viral content strategies, reels, shorts, and social-first campaigns.
Hands-on experience with social media analytics and growth tools. Strong content instincts with an understanding of audience psychology and storytelling. Experience in B2B SaaS/eLearning and/or D2C consumer brands is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Success Metrics Growth in followers and engagement across social platforms. Increase in qualified inbound leads generated through social media.
Growth in YouTube subscribers, watch time, and content reach. Increase in LinkedIn audience, impressions, and lead generation. Viral content performance and brand visibility metrics.
Contribution to overall marketing pipeline and revenue growth.
