POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for food, high standards for cleanliness and organization, and the ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff in a high-energy environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •\tSupervise kitchen staff and manage day-to-day back-of-house operations •\tOversee food preparation, quality control, portioning, and presentation standards •\tMonitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food and labor costs within budget •\tEnsure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations •\tTrain, coach, and support kitchen team members for optimal performance •\tCollaborate with the Executive Chef and Front of House team to ensure seamless service •\tMaintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards •\tHandle scheduling, shift coverage, and staff performance reviews •\tLead by example in a fast-paced kitchen environment QUALIFICATIONS •\tProven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role •\tStrong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and culinary techniques •\tExcellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills •\tAbility to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment •\tServSafe certification or equivalent preferred •\tHigh school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR At Kane Brown’s on Broadway, we use our unique experience and contributions to deliver more than value – we set new standards!
