Conduct routine facility inspections and maintenance audits to identify operational, safety, and infrastructure improvements. Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, automation, and venue infrastructure. Maintain project trackers, maintenance logs, vendor databases, work orders, quotations, and documentation with complete accuracy.

Track project budgets, expenses, approvals, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on schedule. Coordinate closely with outlet managers, department heads, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues quickly and minimize operational disruption. Ensure compliance with operational, safety, statutory, and infrastructure standards across all assigned locations.

Drive accountability by following up with stakeholders, closing pending actions, and ensuring timely execution of all maintenance and project-related tasks. Support technology, automation, and AI-driven infrastructure initiatives wherever applicable. Who We Are Looking For: Strong ownership mindset with exceptional follow-up and execution skills.

Experience managing multiple vendors, contractors, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent documentation, reporting, and project tracking abilities. Ability to identify operational gaps and proactively recommend infrastructure improvements.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with frequent site visits. Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills. 2-6 years of relevant operational, facilities, maintenance, or project coordination experience preferred Compensation: 45,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) This is not a conventional operations role. This is for someone who can build systems, manage infrastructure, execute projects on the ground, and help scale one of India's most innovative hospitality and automation-driven companies.
