Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales (Micronutrients) 26003

Positions:1 Full Time Experience 8 - 10 Years Preferably Minimum age should be 35 years plus Sex Male Education / Other Minimum Requirements B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech / MBA (Agri Business or Marketing preferred). 8-10 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, or inorganic micronutrients. Prior exposure to fertilizer companies, agri-input distributors, or institutional buyers preferred. 1) Develop new B2B customers for Zinc Sulphate and inorganic micronutrients across fertilizer blenders, agri-input companies and institutional buyers. 2) Co-ordinate with the plant for sample development, product specifications and timely dispatch to prospective customers. 3) Manage customer interactions from product approvals and plant audits through to price negotiation, order closure, and execution. 4) Achieve sales targets for Zinc Sulphate (Mono / Hepta) and other inorganic micronutrients as per management guidelines.
