This is New Position for Govt Sales No of Positions: 4 Location: Lucknow, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata Designation: Manager / Sr Manager - Sales Budget: 15Lpa - 18Lpa KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, develop, and secure business opportunities across Government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies, educational institutions, defence, railways, and public sector organizations Manage end-to-end tendering activities including tender identification, bid participation, documentation, pricing coordination, and submission Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) operations including product listing, bid management, catalogue optimization, and order processing Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, procurement teams, consultants, architects, and institutional stakeholders Drive institutional and project sales for office furniture, modular furniture, seating, and workplace solutions Coordinate with internal teams including design, estimation, operations, and finance to ensure timely execution of projects Track upcoming government projects, procurement plans, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities Achieve revenue targets, order booking targets, and profitability objectives Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS, and market updates for management review. QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field EXPERIENCE 5–10 years of experience in Government Sales / Institutional Sales / B2G Sales Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong network within Government departments, PSUs, procurement agencies, and institutional clients DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Experience in commercial interiors, workspace fit-outs, or office furniture projects Good understanding of site execution and project coordination Ability to read drawings, layouts, and BOQs Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools . Skillset Required: Government Sales, B2G Sales, GeM portal operations, Project sales, Office furniture sales
