Dairy Farm Manager

We're hiring a Dairy Farm Manager for a growing dairy operation and are looking for someone who can take ownership of both farm production and market-facing activities . This role is ideal for professionals who understand the complete farm-to-market cycle and enjoy working in a hands-on, field-driven environment. What you'll be working on: Oversee dairy farm operations, fodder cultivation, and crop planning Manage soil health, feed quality, and seasonal cropping cycles Improve farm productivity and yield efficiency through agronomy best practices Coordinate with farm teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support market linkages for dairy products and by-products Align production planning with market demand and business requirements Provide technical inputs for product positioning and customer interactions What we're looking for: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Husbandry, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in dairy farming, farm management, or agronomy Prior exposure to dairy farming systems is strongly preferred Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to field operations Candidates based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Chaksu, Jaipur
