Web Developer (1-2 Years Exp.)

Position: Web Developer (Django & Python) Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Magnus Tower, Ground Floor, Noida Sector-73 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, Django, backend development, and WordPress. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python and Django framework. Work on backend development, including APIs, database management, and server-side logic. Build and optimize website functionality with a focus on performance and user experience.

Manage and customize websites using WordPress, including themes, plugins, and integrations. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices. Debug and resolve technical issues across web applications.

Collaborate with designers and team members to implement new features and improvements. Perform website updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure website security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Participate in testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in Web Development. Strong knowledge of Python programming language.

Hands-on experience with Django framework. Good understanding of backend development concepts. Experience working with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar).

Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations. Experience with WordPress development and customization. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frontend concepts.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in website optimization and performance improvement.

Knowledge of deployment processes and server management. Understanding of SEO-friendly development practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
