Sakhi is a premium, purpose-driven restaurant based in Gandhinagar that serves fresh & authentic Indian street food while empowering ambitious young women through employment and training. Role Description: We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data from restaurant operations, sales, inventory, procurement, finance, and customer feedback. The role will be responsible for developing dashboards, identifying trends, improving operational efficiency, and supporting management with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibility: Analyze sales trends, menu performance, and customer spending patterns. Monitor food cost, inventory consumption, wastage, and stock variances. Prepare procurement and purchase trend reports.

Analyze labor cost, attendance, overtime, and productivity. Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance reports. Automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.

Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Ensure data accuracy and recommend improvements in data collection and reporting systems . Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in Hospitality, Restaurants, Retail, or FMCG.

Required Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables Power Query XLOOKUP Advanced formulas Power BI, Data/Looker Studio, Tableau or any other BI Tools. SQL (Mandatory) Google Sheets Data Visualization Statistical Analysis Dashboard Development Experience with report automation and business intelligence tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with restaurant POS systems.

Knowledge of inventory management systems. Understanding of food costing and recipe costing. Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
