AI Platform Delivery Manager In this fantastic role, you’ll help deliver an enterprise AI platform at global scale, enabling compliant adoption of LLM and AI capabilities across HSBC. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery spanning engineering, AI/ML, and governance, translating complex needs into structured plans and shipping platform capabilities that teams across the organisation rely on. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform initiatives (planning through execution) Define and manage scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans Proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and escalations; keep delivery moving Coordinate across Engineering (FE/BE), AI/ML, and Risk/Compliance/Governance teams to align delivery Translate ambiguous requests into structured, testable requirements (e.g., user stories/functional specs) and run Agile delivery (PI planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog tracking, reporting) What we’re looking for Strong experience as an AI Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst / Delivery Manager Proven delivery of complex AI technical projects with multiple stakeholders Strong ability to structure requirements and turn ambiguity into clear scope and actionable plans Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile/Scrum/SAFe) and tooling (Jira/Confluence) AI‑native mindset (using AI‑driven approaches to improve productivity, quality, and decision‑making); plus experience with AI gateways or LLM lifecycle management Equal Opportunities We are committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces – no matter their gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, socio‑economic background or age.
