Property Manager - BTR Developer

Property Manager - Residential (BTR) Developer Location: Greater Manchester (with occasional travel) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus discretionary bonus Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a growing Build to Rent operator. You will be responsible for delivering lettings and property management services across residential developments while providing an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities Manage lettings, tenancy administration, referencing, Right to Rent checks, move-ins, and deposit registration.

Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance. Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety requirements. Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, check-outs, and deposit returns.

Deliver excellent customer service, resolve resident queries, and organise resident events. Maintain accurate records and work closely with operational, marketing, and finance teams. About You Minimum 2 years' experience in property management or residential lettings.

Good understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements. Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills. Professional qualification (ARLA, RICS, IRPM) or working towards one is desirable.
