Freelance RGM Data Analyst (Techno-Functional) Remote | Long-Term | Commercial Analytics & Revenue Growth Management We are hiring experienced Freelance RGM Data Analysts for a long-term remote engagement supporting global commercial and revenue growth management initiatives across enterprise-scale consumer goods and retail organizations. This role is for you if You are currently employed full-time and open to a part-time freelance engagement on the side. You work 100% remotely in your primary role and prefer a flexible work environment.

You enjoy working with large-scale commercial datasets and transforming complex data into actionable business insights. You have strong Excel expertise and can build scalable tools, templates, and reporting solutions. You are comfortable with a freelance/contract engagement model with no full-time conversion requirement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting high-impact commercial decision-making and revenue growth initiatives.

What You'll Work On You will support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and commercial analytics programs by managing, reconciling, and structuring large-scale business datasets to drive pricing, profitability, and market insights. Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning, structuring, and reconciling large datasets across SKU, Channel, and Customer dimensions. Building analysis-ready datasets from multiple data sources including sell-in, sell-out, market intelligence, and pricing data.

Managing master data integrity, mapping, and normalization activities. Developing scalable Excel-based tools, templates, and business reporting solutions. Creating weighted pricing models, profitability analysis, and commercial performance trackers.

Building and maintaining advanced dashboards, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders. Supporting commercial data governance and validation processes. Collaborating with business teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Preparing executive-ready presentations and business review materials. You will work closely with commercial, sales, revenue growth management, and analytics teams supporting strategic business decisions. Core Skills We're Looking For Must Have 7+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Business Analytics, or Data Analysis.

Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise. Strong experience with: Pivot Tables Power Query Named Ranges Structured Tables Conditional Formatting Expert-level proficiency in: SUMIFS COUNTIFS AVERAGEIFS XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH SUMPRODUCT Nested IF / IFS Dynamic Array Formulas Experience handling large-scale commercial datasets. Strong master data management and reconciliation skills.

Experience working with pricing, profitability, sales, or commercial performance data. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Revenue Growth Management functions. Knowledge of Nielsen or syndicated market data. Exposure to pricing analytics, profit pool analysis, and commercial performance measurement.

Strong PowerPoint and business presentation skills. Experience creating scalable reporting frameworks and governance models.
