Job Location: India Job Type: Remote You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree SAP SuccessFactors experience RBP and SF security related experience SF integration tools related experience SF Certifications and provisioning access 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience) We Value: Experience with SuccessFactors, Excel, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, Qualtrics) Experience administering, project planning/managing, rating, and deploying HCM systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (or similar systems) Ability to leverage fundamental project management tools to ensure timely execution and anticipate/mitigate preventable anomalies Experience in recruiting and/or applicant tracking systems and performance management systems Ability to critically think and offer solution to problems Job description: The SAP SuccessFactors Security Analyst provides guidance and support to the HR division, supporting HRIT strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution. Defines process and adherence standards and performs a variety of administrator responsibilities to support user functionality and access for primary and integrated HR business systems and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain HRIS best practices and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR. Implement RBP and security related enhancements in SuccessFactors Identify analyze and implement solutions to cater to business needs and SF released enhancements in the areas of integration, especially Integration Center, Intelligent Services, CPI, BTP etc., Manage projects related to SF system instance Refresh Support internal and external Audit related tasks in the areas of Role based permissioning and system access. Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems.

Identify, Prioritize, develop and deploy solutions to replace manual processes with automated processes. Analyze changes being introduced as part of SF standard releasees and implement solutions to adopt the same or mitigate any impacts to custom enhancements. Implement changes relevant to various IP and security certificate related updates from SF Translate and integrate user requirements and desired features into and within system and application parameters.

Act as the administrator for designated HR systems and define and manage security for users and user roles. Develop guidance and resources for users; demonstrate functionality and user interfaces.
