Job Title: Senior AI Engineer – LLMs | Agentic AI | RAG Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Artificial Intelligence | Enterprise SaaS | Product Development About the Role We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup that is building next-generation enterprise AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI applications while working closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop intelligent AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems for enterprise use cases. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.

Design AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and other agent orchestration platforms. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs, and internal platforms. Engineer scalable prompt management, context handling, and AI evaluation pipelines.

Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, safety, and latency. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.

Follow best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and production deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. 8+ years of overall experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI. Strong programming experience in Python .

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, or similar . Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.

Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph , or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience building Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems . Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, embeddings, and AI safety.

Experience integrating enterprise APIs and third-party systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise AI products. Exposure to frameworks such as Temporal, n8n, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration tools.

Experience building production-scale AI systems serving enterprise customers. Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, Giskard, DeepEval, or LangSmith. Startup experience is highly preferred.
