About the role Serving our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day. Salary : From £33,040 + annual bonus & benefits. Location : Edinburgh – 14 Month Secondment/FTC.
Office Attendance : Hybrid; travel to Edinburgh 1‑3 days per week; occasional London travel. Closing Date : Applications close 25th June at 5pm. The role Supporting the Commercial Manager (Marketing & Propositions) with the planning, execution and delivery of marketing activity.
Analyzing campaign performance, identifying insights and learnings to feed into future creative development. Looking for opportunities to drive awareness and trade through effective activation and improved visibility of our travel money products. Working closely with colleagues across the wider Insurance Money Services team, gaining insights into all areas of the customer journey.
Engaging with key partners including Travelex, CMS and MPMS, helping to align activity and sharing insights to support performance. Building effective working relationships across multiple teams and third‑party suppliers. Supporting proposition development and commercial business cases.
Ensuring your area of responsibility maintains effective cost controls and adheres to agreed processes. Requirements Strong communication and relationship management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
Proven commercial awareness – able to support business cases, evaluate proposals and contribute to decision‑making. Experience in a commercially focused role, ideally supporting campaigns, propositions or product development. Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends and turn insight into practical recommendations.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks or stakeholders at the same time. Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear, concise presentations. A proactive mindset; comfort taking ownership, spotting opportunities and driving things forward.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment, responding quickly and calmly to emerging priorities. Sound judgement, knowing when to progress independently and when to seek input. A willingness to contribute ideas, challenge constructively and support continuous improvement.
