Technical Solutions Analyst – Workflow Automation & Integrations Remote | Full-Time About Mojo AI Mojo AI is building intelligent workflow automation solutions that help organizations digitize, streamline, and scale business processes. We are looking for a Technical Solutions Analyst who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation and help design scalable workflow-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who enjoy solving business problems using low-code platforms, APIs, automation, and modern SaaS technologies.

What You’ll Do Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design, configure, and maintain dynamic forms and workflows using Form.io. Develop complex business logic, validations, calculations, conditional workflows, and automation scripts using JavaScript.

Configure and manage JSON schemas, data mappings, and workflow definitions. Customize user-facing forms and PDF templates using HTML and CSS. Test, validate, and troubleshoot API integrations using Postman and REST APIs.

Write SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reporting, and analysis. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver business-critical solutions. What We’re Looking For Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Business Systems Analysis, or related roles.

Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript. Experience building workflows, business rules, and automation logic. Strong understanding of JSON, schema configuration, and data mapping.

Good knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience working with APIs, Postman, and integration troubleshooting. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with Form.io or similar low-code/no-code platforms. Experience working in SaaS, Product, AI, or technology companies.

Exposure to AWS or cloud-based deployments. Experience with workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives. Why Join Us?
