The Role you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Comfortable working across both functional and technical aspects (from Design perspective) in complex environments to gather & interpret business & functional requirements. Have conducted workshops, done gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be analysis) & designed effective solutions aligning with ServiceNow best practices.

Campion in creating business requirement documents (BRD), process design document, drafting use cases, user stories etc. Having design mindset, used tools like Figma in past, should possess basic understanding of Widget, pages, themes, UI components in ServiceNow using HTML, CSS, JavaScript to create best wireframes. Apply UI/UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and performance across ServiceNow functions within Worley.

Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues and defects. Ensure consistency with brand standards and design systems across all ServiceNow interfaces. Good understanding on UI/UX concepts to design any catalogs/user forms/surveys.

Own digital content, AI-enabled self-service initiatives, Service Catalog, ITSM, process improvements on the ServiceNow platform to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality. Good understanding and implementation of ServiceNow employee portal , taxonomy , topic mappings across various functions. Other Attributes Have functionally designed the Service Catalog and Service Portal using dynamic request forms, Service Catalog Variables, Approval Process, RITM Lifecycle Management, SLA, Notification.

Have a basic understanding of Integration method using REST/SOAP/Flow designer/UI builder while working with ITSM and Service Catalog. Drive user experience with latest ServiceNow platform capabilities like Omni channel, NOW Mobile, Virtual Agent, process optimization, etc. Comfortable working with global stakeholders across different regions.

About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in IT / Computers. Excellent communication skills, Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with 8-12 Years of relevant experience in ServiceNow. Experienced working across both functional and technical aspects (from Design perspective) in complex environments to gather & interpret business & functional requirements.
