Project Engineer in Urban Engineering

Enhance Vancouver's infrastructure as a Project Engineer for the City of Vancouver. This position focuses on integrated project management, ensuring design consistency and stakeholder coordination. In the Integrated Projects Branch of the City of Vancouver, you will manage complex engineering designs and work closely with government agencies and partners.

This role requires strong skills in project planning, budget management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve successful project delivery. You will also represent projects in public forums to communicate development processes and gather feedback. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage project work plans and schedules • Evaluate project performance reports and make recommendations • Ensure adherence to Project Management Framework standards • Coordinate consulting services for civil engineering projects • Manage public engagement and stakeholder meetings Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4 years of related experience • Registration as an Engineer-In-Training or Professional Engineer in BC • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills • Knowledge of civil engineering practices and analysis • Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders Utilize your engineering knowledge to drive impactful projects for the City of Vancouver. #J-18808-Ljbffr
