Principal Product Manager – Airport Solutions Remote position based in the UK. Work from home or office as preferred. You will own a specific product line while maintaining a fiercely portfolio‑first mindset, breaking down silos and elevating the entire suite of solutions.

Your success will be measured by your ability to raise overall product‑management standards and by mentoring the wider team. What You Will Do Mentorship, Execution & Global Team Collaboration Act as the senior anchor, mentoring, coaching, and elevating the capabilities of others. Set benchmarks for product best practices.

Dismantle organisational silos, fostering cross‑pollination of ideas and encouraging shared goals across distributed engineering and architecture pods in the UK, US, and India. Navigate cross‑cultural nuances and time zones with high emotional intelligence, building consensus carefully rather than dictating terms. Lead agile, product‑led execution by working side‑by‑side with teams, championing a value‑driven product culture and an innovative mindset.

Customer Engagement & Market Discovery Act as a trusted advisor to existing airport operators worldwide, taking ownership of their pain points. Show patience and empathy when tackling complex legacy issues. Partner closely with customers, listening to how they use current tools to collaboratively define what the next‑generation, AI‑driven solution must deliver.

Balance immediate tactical needs of legacy users with forward‑looking innovation, guiding them smoothly through periods of transition. Product Strategy & Total Lifecycle Management Own the end‑to‑end product strategy, prioritising the broader portfolio’s success over isolated product metrics. Build a compelling product vision for a modern, data‑driven solution, integrating AI and advanced analytics.

Manage the ongoing roadmap for legacy products, ensuring they continue to deliver value. Plan and manage the phased sunsetting of legacy systems with tact and consideration for customer impact. Commercial & Financial Ownership Take full P&L ownership for the product line, forecasting and managing CAPEX and OPEX spend.

Define commercial viability and ROI for the next‑gen AI solution, outlining pricing principles and transition paths for legacy customers. Equip sales, account management, and customer success teams with value propositions and collateral to support existing and new clients. Skills & Experience You Must Have Proven track record of upskilling peers, setting high standards, and leading without hierarchical authority.

Portfolio‑first mindset, breaking down silos to unite disparate teams. Highly collaborative, team‑first mindset with high emotional intelligence. Strong experience as Principal Product Manager leading complex enterprise software from strategy through delivery.

Comfortable operating in a dual‑track environment, supporting legacy products while building next‑gen vision. Demonstrable financial acumen, managing product P&L and CAPEX/OPEX budgets. Experience in data‑heavy, AI‑driven product environments.
