Product Manager

About Company Masai School is a fast-growing outcome-driven EdTech platform focused on building careers through industry-relevant learning programs. We are building scalable products that impact thousands of learners and organizations across India. We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with strong startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our EdTech products.

Role: Product Manager Experience: 5- 8 Years Location: HSR,Bangalore Qualifications Experience in product discovery and delivery, including user research, requirements gathering, and translating insights into product roadmaps and detailed specifications. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to define metrics, interpret product performance, and run experiments or A/B tests. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing) and manage stakeholders with clear communication and alignment.

Proficiency with common product management tools and practices, such as backlog management, sprint planning, wireframing or prototyping, and documenting user stories. Background or strong interest in education, skilling, or edtech, with an understanding of learner journeys, employer expectations, and outcome-focused programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product decisions, trade-offs, and rationales to technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with a focus on impact and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Design, or related discipline); prior experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role is strongly preferred. Requirements 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory Strong understanding of Edtech products and product lifecycle management Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and business stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, GA, or similar product tools is preferred Understanding of user journeys, product funnels, and growth metrics Why Join Masai?
