Job Title: ServiceNow Functional Business Analyst Company: WillWare Technologies Experience: 8+ Years Certification: CSA Mandatory + CBAP / PMI-PBA / Equivalent BA Certification Job Description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Business Analyst with expertise in global ServiceNow rollouts. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, create user stories, support UAT, and ensure successful delivery across UK, EU, and APAC regions.
