This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate, or someone in the early stages of their manufacturing engineering career, to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing manufacturing environment. You'll be joining a supportive engineering team where you'll receive exposure to production processes, continuous improvement, problem-solving, tooling, process changes and new product introduction.

While this is initially a fixed-term contract, there is a strong likelihood of extension and potential to become permanent. The Role As a Junior Manufacturing Engineer , you will support the engineering and production teams across a range of manufacturing activities, including: Supporting production lines to help achieve key KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Assisting with process improvements across assembly and manufacturing operations Supporting New Product Introduction projects and engineering change activity Helping with problem-solving, Root Cause Corrective Action and continuous improvement projects Working with senior engineers on tooling, equipment and process improvement projects Supporting line balancing, workflow improvements and manufacturing efficiency Assisting with Bill of Materials, routings and manufacturing documentation Applying Lean Manufacturing and Design for Manufacture principles where appropriate Working closely with production, quality, supply chain and engineering teams The Person This role would suit a recent graduate or junior engineer who is keen to develop within a global manufacturing environment.
