Senior Consultant - Manager, Business Analyst - Insurance, Deloitte Digital

Business Analyst – Products (Insurance) As a Business Analyst focused on products in Insurance, propositions, and front office at Deloitte Digital, you will play a critical role in helping Insurance companies achieve their business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to Insurance products, policies, and front office operations. You will analyse and document business processes and workflows related to Insurance products and policies.

Additionally, you will develop functional specifications and use cases, collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with overall product and proposition strategies, and participate in testing and quality assurance activities. Responsibilities Providing support during implementation and post‑implementation phases, including user training and support Conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops related to Insurance products and policies Identifying and documenting risks and issues related to Insurance products and policies, and recommending mitigation strategies Developing and maintaining project documentation related to Insurance products and policies Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in Insurance products and policies Qualifications Strong understanding of Insurance operations or experience with Insurance clients in a similar role Experience in developing functional specifications and use cases Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus Hybrid Working Work is hybrid in the UK, combining office presence with remote collaboration. You may work from your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, or remotely as required for the role.
