Become the Lead Community Engagement Manager with The Salvation Army in North Vancouver. Empower community services through strategic oversight and hands-on leadership in a vital management role. With a minimum of three years in leadership, your guidance will enhance fundraising efforts and initiatives supporting the community. Focused on staffing, you will ensure training and evaluations meet organizational standards and promote a culture of compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Direct community engagement and fundraising programs • Collaborate on strategic delivery of services • Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations • Ensure compliance with legal and accreditation standards • Manage partnerships and allocate community resources Requirements: • At least 3 years of leadership experience • Post-secondary education in Social Work or relevant field • Strong knowledge of community resources and networking • Valid Class 5 driver’s license; capable of meeting physical demands • Food Secure Level 1 and first aid certifications Lead the mission of The Salvation Army through effective community service management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
