With a market-leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects. www.gagamuller.com Role Description For: Commissioning Manager / Owner's Representative The Commissioning Manager (CxM) will act as the client-side lead for all commissioning, testing, turnover, and operational readiness activities on a major data centre development. Scope & Delivery Management Oversee contractor performance across planning, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Monitor installation progress against program milestones and support the identification and implementation of recovery actions as required. Review technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and installation documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements. Track construction progress, inspections, testing activities, and commissioning readiness milestones.

Support handover activities, including validation of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, training records, warranties, and punch list closeout Stake Holder Coordination Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. Support multidisciplinary coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, CSA, ICT, Controls/BMS, and OFCI workstreams. Participate in site walks, coordination meetings, interface reviews, and design workshops.

Assist with the management of contractor queries, technical clarifications, and interface issues. Maintain effective communication across all project disciplines to support integrated project delivery. Reporting and Documentation Track and report progress against project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Maintain oversight of discipline-specific documentation, including RFIs, submittals, inspections, testing records, and commissioning documentation. Support the preparation of project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates. Ensure accurate reporting of project risks, delays, action items, and mitigation activities.
