Job Description Job Description Hiring Senior Electrical Project Manager in SeaTac, WA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead a major transportation infrastructure project in Washington. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-profile, long-term project while managing large teams, driving project performance, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities: Lead all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through closeout.

Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial performance. Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, resource allocation, and productivity. Administer contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.

Lead and mentor project teams across operations, field, and support functions. Coordinate with clients, transportation authorities, subcontractors, and vendors. Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies. Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Manage project closeout activities, documentation, and lessons learned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field required. 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience required. Experience managing large commercial electrical projects valued at $40M+ preferred. Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, estimating, cost controls, and contract management.

Transportation, airport, or aviation project experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
