Benefits Flexible schedule 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off What We Offer Competitive salary range $107,000–$109,000 plus a sign‑on bonus Health, dental and vision insurance 401(k) plan (no employer match) Paid time off, sick leave and holidays Professional liability insurance CEU support and ongoing professional development Small caseloads with only 25 billable hours to promote work‑life balance Flexible scheduling – choose 8–4, 9–5 or 10–6 from Sunday through Thursday Diverse staff and inclusive culture Why Join PlayThinks Not a traditional ABA clinic – our programs integrate play, creativity, culture and values Naturalistic environment with animals, theatre, woodshop and hydroponic garden Research‑driven practice – we continually study and innovate our approaches Feuerstein influence – we apply Feuerstein’s cognitive enrichment tools to ABA, shaping the future of the field Collaborative environment – partner with speech therapists, social workers, educators and rabbis Supportive culture – innovation, compassion and professional growth are at the heart of our work What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Design and oversee ethical, data‑driven ABA programs Provide services across home, school, clinic and community settings Supervise and mentor registered behavior technicians and two BCBA fieldwork students to ensure high‑quality care Collaborate with families, educators and community leaders to generalize skills Monitor progress, ensure compliance and uphold client dignity Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligibility) Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education or a related field At least five years of ABA experience, including supervisory experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to commute to our Chicago clinic Preferred Experience supervising BCBA fieldwork students Comfort working in diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community) and with a diverse team Interest or experience in naturalistic learning and the Feuerstein approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
