Position Name - Analyst/Associate(Buy -Side) Location - Mumbai Experience Range - 2 to 6 years About the client: The client is a leading Asia-focused alternative investment platform with a strong presence across private equity, credit, and real assets. It focuses on partnering with high-growth businesses and driving value through strategic investments, operational expertise, and deep regional insights, with a track record of executing large-scale transactions across global markets. Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Financial Modelling: Creating LBO (Leveraged Buyout) models, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and merger models. • Due Diligence: Researching market trends, competitive landscapes, and evaluating the financials of target companies. • Deal Execution: Assisting associates and senior investment professionals in preparing investment memos and pitch decks. • Portfolio Monitoring: Tracking the performance of existing portfolio companies and identifying value-creation strategies Qualification and Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or another private equity firm.

Strong financial accounting, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong analytical problem-solving skills. Preferred from top-tier undergraduate degrees or MBAs, often with certifications like the CFA Other Details: Work from Office - Mumbai - BKC
