Lead Technical Project Manager – Nestle Waters and Premium Beverage Position to manage the Innovation & Renovation (I&R) portfolio for the Nestle Waters and Premium Beverage (NWPB) Division, ensuring efficient execution, data accuracy, and governance. Location: Hybrid position required onsite in Arlington, VA, Tuesday‑Thursday. No relocation assistance is provided.

This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. POSITION SUMMARY Ensure the efficient and effective execution of the I&R portfolio of projects for the NWPB Division. Support portfolio management by driving clarity, data accuracy, and decision‑focused governance forums.

Manage end‑to‑end project execution from concept through close, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope to ensure on‑time, on‑quality delivery. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Organize the I&R portfolio for the division by driving clarity, accuracy, and updates of the active and pipeline projects through effective and decision‑focused divisional review meetings and I&R meetings. Lead and direct the disciplined governance and planning of all I&R initiatives to deliver on organizational objectives and strategies.

Lead and facilitate the decision‑making process with cross‑functional leaders on portfolio, prioritization, and resourcing of I&R initiatives. Ensure consistent application of the I2L methodology, timely system updates, and accurate project data to support governance, reporting, and decision‑making. Apply project management tools and skills to ensure on‑time, on‑scope and on‑quality delivery of the project with flawless execution from concept to close.

Lead the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders. Effectively control scope changes through proactive and open communication with stakeholders. Provide preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans.

Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed‑upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and escalate critical issues. Identify and engage with stakeholders creating synergies through effective networking with all relevant business partners and leadership team as needed. Be responsible for the consistent application, execution, and continuous improvement of I&R processes and tools.

Maintain and ensure data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation as specified by relevant policies and procedures across assigned projects. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred. 7 years of experience in project management or leading initiatives in a larger matrixed organization. Preferred experience working across multiple disciplines: product development stage‑gate process, business portfolio assessment, business modeling & forecasting, or R&D innovation strategy.

Prior CPG experience preferred. Strong execution fundamentals, including time management, organization, communication, and results focus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Effective collaborator with the ability to influence, build alignment, and resolve conflict across all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to connect data, insights, and complex situations. Self‑directed, adaptable, and resilient, with demonstrated change management capability and the ability to challenge the status quo, accelerate decisions, and redirect or stop work when needed.
