Relationship Manager โ€“ Wealth Management Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. Department: Direct Channel / Open Market Location: Bangalore Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Summary Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to acquire and manage Affluent and Super-Affluent clients. The role involves driving investment business, providing customized financial solutions, and building long-term client relationships to enhance Assets Under Management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities Acquire new Affluent and Super-Affluent clients through open market sourcing and personal networking. Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of high-value clients. Increase AUM through effective relationship management and cross-selling of financial products.

Provide investment advisory services based on client financial goals and risk appetite. Identify and generate new business opportunities within the target customer segment. Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and economic developments.

Collaborate with internal product specialists and the Centralized CFP Team for investment recommendations. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and client engagement activities. Strengthen client relationships to enhance wallet share and portfolio growth.

Products Offered Mutual Funds SIP (Systematic Investment Plans) Demat Accounts Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Insurance Products CASA Products (relevant experience will be considered) Candidate Requirements Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory. Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills. Prior experience handling Affluent, HNI, or Ultra-HNI clients is preferred.

Good knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity Markets, and Demat Products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
