Job Summary The placement manager will be responsible for building a scalable corporate engagement framework by leading and mentoring a team of corporate relations executives. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with corporate clients (HRs, founders, talent acquisition heads, and hiring managers) and generating consistent placement opportunities for Itvedant learners across branches. The position will drive corporate partnerships and bulk hiring initiatives and ensure maximum conversion of corporate leads into company visits, interviews, and successful fresher hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate relations executives at the head office. Set clear monthly and quarterly targets for corporate lead generation and company visits.

Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and quality of outreach. Conduct regular review meetings and training sessions in coordination with the training team. Groom new hires and ensure they are aligned with process and performance expectations.

Identify and address escalations, gaps, or inefficiencies in corporate outreach and visit management. 2. Strategy & Planning Design and implement corporate engagement strategies to drive large-scale fresher hiring opportunities. Develop structured processes for corporate lead generation using multiple channels and tools.

Oversee corporate visit scheduling through effective pitch monitoring and conversion tracking. Ensure a smooth handover of opportunities to branch teams (CROs/officers) for execution. Create and standardise SOPs and best practices for corporate relations operations.

Drive initiatives like lead nurturing, pitch improvement, and corporate outreach optimisation. Focus on acquiring MNC partnerships and executing bulk hiring drives successfully. 3. Corporate Partnerships & Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders.

Act as the first point of contact for major corporate tie-ups and partnerships. Ensure high-quality engagement and long-term collaboration with corporates. Align corporate expectations with student profiles and placement goals. 4.

Performance Tracking & MIS Reporting Own and publish weekly and monthly MIS reports including: Corporate leads generated Company visits scheduled Interviews conducted Selections achieved Conversion ratios Analyse data trends to identify gaps and areas of improvement. Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance and outcomes.
