Job Description
Director Production Management/Business Development Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Responsibilities Direct the regional development of new products and manage existing products. Conduct regional market research activities and ensure market intelligence incorporates national trends, corporate strategy, and marketplace competitive strengths.
Lead business development, broker relations, commission programs, and market compliance activities. Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports. Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences 5-7 years experience working within the consumer experience and digital engagement space. Experience translating business objectives into capability roadmaps and actionable features. System enhancement planning experience.
Extensive experience gathering and refining business requirements. Strong background analyzing end‑to‑end service journeys and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
