Director, Games & Interactive Development

About the Role We are an established television production company expanding into interactive entertainment, including video games, mobile games, and emerging digital experiences. We're looking for a Director of Games & Interactive Development to help evaluate concepts, shape pitches, identify development and publishing opportunities, and support the growth of our games and interactive business. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and business sides of gaming and wants an opportunity to help build something from the ground up.

Responsibilities Evaluate game, mobile, and interactive concepts for market potential. Research industry trends, genres, publishers, platforms, and business models. Assist in developing pitch materials and strategic presentations.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, publishers, and industry partners. Identify opportunities for licensing, publishing, financing, and co-development. Source and evaluate external development studios and creative partners.

Support negotiations and partnership discussions. Develop go-to-market recommendations for new projects. Track competitive products and emerging opportunities within the games industry.

Help bridge television IP and interactive opportunities. Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, publishing, product management, business development, production, or related fields. Strong understanding of the game development and publishing ecosystem.

Familiarity with mobile, PC, console, and emerging interactive platforms. Experience participating in game launches, publishing relationships, or development partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
