Community Services Analyst at City of Hamilton

Support community initiatives as a Community Services Program Analyst with the City of Hamilton. Engage in data management and analysis for homelessness programs and contribute to impactful solutions. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and encompasses 12 months of work.

As a Program Analyst, you’ll manage data from the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS), assist in evaluations and provide user support. Your expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting will drive community service improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with data extraction and analysis from HIFIS 4.0 • Develop and modify reports based on operational needs • Conduct independent program analyses and evaluations • Prepare reports and presentations for management • Manage HIFIS user accounts and access control Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in social sciences or related field • Experience with data analysis software, including SPSS or GIS • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functionalities • Knowledge of municipal government operations • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods Utilize your analytical skills to enhance community services in Hamilton and support meaningful change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
