Job Description The Senior Client Reporting Analyst reports directly to the Client Reporting Manager. This position will partner with the Finance Directors and Client Finance Leads within the Brands of Publicis North America to oversee all financial aspects related to a given client or group of clients. The Sr.

Analyst should have a strong understanding of the general accounting principles, be self‑motivated, and have strong intra‑departmental communication skills. Responsibilities Create/review accurate Burn Reports to compare actual hours vs budget and expedite escalation to Client Finance Lead. Partner with accounting team to submit revenue entries during month‑end, calculating based on time & materials, percent of completion, etc.

Provide mid‑month revenue estimates (flash) to track client progress for month‑end and flag significant variances; assist in developing revenue targets for assigned clients. Collaborate with the HFM team & client finance leads to load accurate revenue forecasts for annual and rolling budgets. Reconcile revenue/client costs within the general ledger and explain variances between results and forecasts.

Reconcile time reports to identify missing time and coding errors. Review WIP, A/R, and accrued revenue aging monthly; ensure Client Account Teams are aware of current aging status and partner with the CBM team for follow‑up. Ensure job setup is completed properly to reduce system issues.

Verify Agency compliance with current contractual guidelines for each client. Assist with external and internal audits. Qualifications Resilient problem solver; foresees issues with postings/data, resolves them efficiently, and knows when to seek guidance.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing and fast‑paced work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills to work according to fixed calendar cycles. Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Dedicated to meeting others’ expectations and requirements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using functions and formulas such as VLOOKUPS, IF, SUMIF, pivot tables, charts/graphs, etc., to streamline and enhance reporting. Experience with SAP and Hyperion HFM is a plus. 2–3 years of Client Finance experience, preferably within Advertising, Marketing and Communications.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
