Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservations Specialist to manage guest reservations and maximize booking conversions.
The role involves handling inquiries across multiple channels, promoting our offerings, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to arrival. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries through phone, email, website, and OTA platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding room availability, tariffs, packages, and special promotions. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure guest requirements are met.
Maintain reservation records, guest preferences, and daily reports with accuracy. Build and nurture relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests. Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor OTA bookings and guest reviews, ensuring timely responses and a high level of guest satisfaction. Candidate Profile Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in reservations, sales, guest relations, or customer service; hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication skills; proficiency in English, Hindi, Bengali is essential.
Familiarity with hotel PMS and OTA platforms. Sales-driven, customer-centric, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
