Position: Electrical Engineer IV Pay Rate: $75-$80 on T4 | $85-$90 on INC Location: Edmonton or Calgary, AB Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) High Level Description The Senior Engineer oversees the design of expansion and maintenance capital projects executed by Engineering service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, client specifications and processes, and operational reliability requirements within project budget and schedule.

They liaise with stakeholders to interpret key information for competitive solutions and successful project execution. Key Accountabilities: Own and manage relationships and contracts with Engineering services providers Lead design review processes with internal and external stakeholders Manage specification and requisition of materials, technical bid evaluations, and procurement collaboration Provide planning, scheduling, and technical support across all project phases (development, construction, commissioning) Manage engineering firms for as-built drawings Support project scope development, cost estimates, execution planning, and risk management Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support incident investigations / lessons learned Required Knowledge & Skills: 10+ years progressive experience in Engineering system design and commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas Industry Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Why Work With Us?
