We believe in collaborative code reviews, a culture of continuous learning, and owning our projects from conception to deploymen t What you’ll d o:As a Customer Engine er, you will be a key contributor to our core product, responsible for both technical leadership and hands-on development. You'll be building and enhancing our core services, which handle over a billion API calls a month.
This role requires you to be a versatile full-stack developer who can contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to implementation and ongoing maintenanc e. Your Responsibiliti es:Full-Stack Developmen t: Build and enhance services using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Rea ct.API Developmen t: Iterate on REST APIs that handle over one billion requests monthly, ensuring they are robust and scalab le.Customer & Operational Suppor t: Bridge the gap between our customers and the engineering team. This includes debugging customer issues, identifying root causes, and developing internal tools to streamline operations like user management and revie ws.Product Collaboratio n: Contribute to product design, optimizing user experiences and workflows.
You will also plan features and estimate complexity in collaboration with the product management te am.Customer Advoca cy: Manage a portfolio of key clients, identify risks, and create retention plans. You'll advocate for customer needs internally to address product concerns and improve retenti on. What Will You Bring To This R ole:You are a versatile and experienced full-stack engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of building and shipping high-quality software.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are dedicated to helping both your team and your customers succ eed. Minimum Requirem ents:3+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack software engineer, building both front-end and back-end solut ions.Strong expertis e in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and R eact.Proven experience with architectural design, distributed systems, and performance optimiza tion.Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and Vi test.A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabi lity.Excellent communication skills and a positive atti tude.
