We are looking for a bright and passionate Manufacturing Process/ Industrial / Facility Engineer with the skills below Job Title: Manufacturing Process/ Industrial / Facility Engineer. Experience: 3 to 15 years Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai Key Responsibilities Develop & optimize manufacturing processes (Battery, EDU, Trim & Final Assembly) Define process flows, PFMEA, control plans & work instructions Lead CAPEX planning, equipment specification & procurement support Manage line setup, installation, commissioning & launch readiness Perform time studies, line balancing & capacity planning ((M.O.S.T certified preferred) Drive cycle time reduction, productivity & cost optimization Lead project / program execution, stakeholder coordination & milestone tracking Ensure HSE compliance + support automation & Industry 4.0 initiatives Domains Battery Pack Assembly Electric Drive Unit (EDU) / E-Axle Trim & Final Assembly
