Tax Manager

This HYBRID role that can sit in Chandler or Scottsdale and will involve Tax work with Partnerships, S-Corps and Individual returns. Though not required a background in Trust & Estates in beneficial. This firm will cap hours both during both the busy and off season, provide a great work/life balance, include 4 weeks PTO, provide reimbursement for further education, contribute 3% of your salary to a 401K, and has a great compensation plan that includes multiple bonus opportunities.

About the Role As a Tax Manager, you will have opportunities to: Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor other team members on tax process. Mentor tax staff on soft skills. Perform tax research and prepare memoranda.

Build and develop new business. Acquire working knowledge of clients’ businesses. Interact with clients gathering information, resolving problems, and recommending solutions.

Qualifications 5 years of tax experience in public accounting. 4 year accounting or finance degree. Management experience in public accounting firm CPA, EA or CA is preferred Required Skills Dedication to superior client service. Highly motivated self-starter able to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines.

Professional, dependable, honest, and trustworthy, combined with a cooperative attitude. Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
